Q: I am a new model/cosplayer and have never done a photoshoot with you. Do I need to pay for the first photoshoot?

A: No, you don't. Since you've never done a photoshoot with me before, the first photoshoot is free so you can get a proper impression of my photography style. If you like it, we can schedule another session. Of course, the next one won't be free anymore. 😉

Q: I accidentally booked for the wrong date/time but have already paid. What should I do?

A: You should contact me immediately to get a refund or we can agree that you have already paid for the correct date or time and don’t have to pay anything more for it, which of course makes things easier financially. It is your choice.

Q: I booked a photoshoot but lost interest in doing it. What should I do now?

A: That's sad to hear, but if you want to cancel the photoshoot, just open the email you received. There should be a button or link in the email to cancel the photoshoot. If you've already paid, I'll refund the amount as soon as I receive the cancellation confirmation.

Q: What's the difference between the variations in the categories?

A: There are three different variants from where you can choose:

Standard Variant:

• You'll receive the pictures as soon as I'm on my computer.
• I won't edit any of these pictures.
• Both you and the photographer have the rights to publish these pictures on any social media.

Bring Your Own SD Card Variant:

• You'll receive the pictures directly to your SD card.
• You have the exclusive rights to publish these pictures on any social media.

With Editing Variant:

• You'll receive the pictures as soon as I've edited them on my computer.
• I'll send you all pictures, including those I can't edit due to blurriness, etc.
• Both you and the photographer have the rights to publish these pictures on any social media.

Q: How can I book you when I'm at a convention?

A: If there's a convention and I'm attending it as well, you can book me for one hour per day through the booking page.

If you want a photoshoot on multiple days at a convention, you need to book for multiple days as well. For example: If you want to be photographed on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 PM, you need to book both Saturday at 12:00 PM and Sunday at 12:00 PM.

Important:

• Each booking includes 1 hour of photoshooting per day.
• This service is strictly limited to convention days only. If you book for a day where I’m not attending a convention, or for a non-convention day in general, your booking will be automatically rejected.
• Please do not pay in advance. Payment is to be made on-site, as there’s a chance that your availability or mine may change, and I’d like to avoid the hassle of refunds. You can still pay with card or cash when we meet.

Q: I want to make a group photoshoot at a convention. How does the payment work if we are a group?

A: If you have booked an appointment for your group at a convention, everyone in the group is required to pay the specified price. For example, if there are four of you, each person pays €5, making a total of €20.

Q: We are a cosplay group, but two of our members have never had a photoshoot with you (it's their first time). How does the payment work in this situation?

A: In this case, only those who have previously had a photoshoot with me need to pay for the session. Some people feel it's unfair not to contribute and choose to pay anyway, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so. I consider the money they give me as a donation and will credit it towards a future single photoshoot.
